Getting a Caught Being Good Certificate &  Duffy Book !!

Today I had got Caught Being Good Certificate &  Duffy Book !! at our School Assembly . First of all I was not even thinking That I would get an Certificate but I did . I was sitting next to my Friend - Losehina - I will link her Amazing blog down below anyways I was sitting next to Losehina util I heard Mr Burt - Our Principle called out my name and Losehina Sitting next to me was like " That's you " and I am Like " Ohhhh? " So I went to get my Caught Being Good Certificate from 1 of the prefects and standed up on the stage . If you are wondering what are PREFECT'S ?????....... At my School we have Year 8 Prefects that make the Theme For Assembly for the Week  .  Once our School Assembly had finished all the Girls and Boys who had got a  Caught Being Good Certificate had to come to the Library . I picked my Book and it was called EARTHQUAKE ! . I think its based on a Ture Story and I can't wait to read my new book I got today !!! . I would Like to thank you to Mrs Scanlan - My Amazing Maths Teacher for Giving me a Caught Being Good Certificate  .... My Certificate said `For Making HUGE PROGRESS IN MATHS THIS YEAR KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK .

PES Immersion Assembly !

Walt: use adjectives to improve our descriptive writing  

Introduction : 

Have you ever heard your Teachers Sing Before ? On 16th of October Pt England School had an Immersion Assembly  , all about Musical Madness ! we are learning to create our own Music & Instruments . It’s going to be an Awesome school term .

Body 1 :

The School Theme for this Term is Musical Madness . The whole of Pt England School Watch Team 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , & 5 they were learning all about Music , Different types of Music  ,  Sounds , Beats , Making their own track / music and much more . Does your School have a theme ?

Body 2 :

The Team 4 Topic was all about Creating their own Music & Creating their own Instruments . We watched Team 4’s Movie it was all about  Pt England Music , so what happened was that they protein to do an Apple Music add but instead they did an Pt England School Music add . The Team 4 Movie was Magnificent &  hilarious because the Teachers were Dancing and Listening to Popular tunes .

Body 3 :

Hopefully we get to learn to make our own Music Track . I want to also make our own Instruments & Beats using different type of material ‘s to make our own Instruments . But most of all I really hope we don’t Perform on the Stage for something .
Overall : 

Overall I think the the School Term Theme is Awesome because I Like listening to Music a lot . The School Theme Musical Madness
combined with  School and I like it . So Overall I Like the School Theme that they have picked .

Task Description :
On 16th of October Room 7 Litcery Have done Writing all about what has happened on that day . This was kinda Boreding and kinda fun as the same time I wanted to Learn .  That day was yeaaAmazing to watch  Team 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , and 5 Teachers perform what there team are going to do and study about in class . I Can not wait to see what we learn :) 

Comprehension

Task Description : Today i have made a presentation all about comprehension and we have options to chose which one we wanted to and i have chose Bush walking . Estuaries - Reading 2017

Task desription : This week Room 7 had been learning about Estuaries and what is it and living and also Tamaki River we are learning new things for the week but it was fun to do and we have read about it for our activey. 

EATING INSECTS!!!!!

Walt: write narrative using descriptive language.

INTRO:  On a sunny Thursday Mrs Stickland was our teacher. But she had a package in the bucket that no knew what was it it was scary cause what happened if we ate bugs they are alive . I think it was something that had to be a surprise for the whole class.

Mrs Stickland started to pour some crickets on to the napkin with some chocolate flavored mud. Bethan went first so she picked one up and put it into the chocolate flavored mud and ate it and it was crunchy she said and i really don’t want to try one at all.

I will never eat crickets in my life because that are disgusting just by looking at it so i would never eat crickets for the rest of my life and never to be repeated.

Task Description : Yesterday Mrs Stickland and room 7 had eaten Insects in room 7 for our Bug experiment for all the bugs thing we have been doing past the few week's. I got to say it was surprising for me to see the bugs come out of the packet.

Insect vs Spider

Once a upon a time there was a insect name the Hugbug and that was the insect name but there was not just the Hugbug there was a Spider the spider’s name was the Black Assassin Spider but they both lived in the wild together but they never knew each other .……

But a few week’s ago there was a big problem there was a scorpion watching the  Black Assassin Spider the Spider knew that he was in big trouble. So when the Scorpion got closer to the Black Assassin Spider the Spider started to think what he was going to do to get away from the Scorpion and not to eat him . Once the Spider think to himself he said “HELP HELP ANYONE HELP!!! “

Once again the Insect named the HugBug came to save the Black Assassin Spider held something coming his way. The Black Assassin Spider was thinking what could it be can it be a another Scorpion to eat me or something that could save my life either what count it be anyways.

Later that moment the HugBug was near the Spider and the Scorpion and he said “ i better save that Spider’s life before it get’s eaten by the Scorpion”. So the Bug went towards the Spider and Scorpion and the Bug was stronger than the Scorpion  so the Bug punched , kicked , triple punch the Scorpion  then the Scorpion  was dead lying on the ground in the wild.

Once the Scorpion  was dead lying on the ground the Black Assassin Spider said “ Thank-you for saving my life from getting eaten from and then the HugBug said “No worries”. Then the Black Assassin Spider and the HugBug said “should we have a picnic together to celebrate you saving my life today and friendship . They both lived their life happily and save towards the wild world that they are in. THE END
